PSI takes place at Koelnmesse in Cologne, one of Europe’s leading exhibition venues. With modern facilities, excellent infrastructure, and outstanding international connectivity, the venue provides the ideal setting for exhibitors and visitors from across Europe and beyond.

How to get here
Getting to PSI at Koelnmesse is easy. Whether you are travelling by public transport, car, train, or plane, Cologne offers excellent national and international connections, making your journey as convenient as possible.
Public Transport
Koelnmesse connects directly to Cologne's public transport network. The South Entrance is served by Köln Messe/Deutz station — S-Bahn lines S6, S11, S12 and S19, plus Underground lines 1 and 9 — while the East, West and North Entrances connect via Koelnmesse Köln-Deutz on Underground lines 3 and 4. The venue also sits directly on Cologne's regional and national rail network: from Köln Hauptbahnhof, a short S-Bahn ride to Köln Messe/Deutz puts you just a few minutes' walk from the venue, with long-distance and regional trains stopping at the same station.
Car
Koelnmesse is easily accessible via Cologne's motorway network, with direct connections from the A3, A4 and A59. Follow signs for "Messe" toward the exhibition grounds, where clearly marked parking areas surround the venue. For visitor parking, Messeparkhaus P22a (Pfälzischer Ring 105, 50679 Cologne) is recommended — simply follow the on-site traffic guidance system and parking signs upon arrival.
Train
Koelnmesse benefits from excellent rail connections, with Köln Messe/Deutz station located directly next to the exhibition grounds. The station offers ICE high-speed rail services alongside regional and national connections, putting the venue within a few minutes' walk of arrival.
Air
Cologne is easily accessible across Europe and beyond. Fly into Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) — just 15 minutes from the venue by taxi or S-Bahn — or arrive via Düsseldorf (DUS) or Frankfurt (FRA), both connected to Cologne through direct train services. All three airports offer convenient rail and road connections straight to Koelnmesse.

Visa Information
We recommend initiating your visa arrangements well in advance to ensure you obtain your visa before the start of the exhibition. Applications can be made as early as six months before the time of travel.

Need an invitation letter?
The German Foreign Office has informed the German Embassy and Consulate Visa Sections all over the world that, effective 24 July 2013, an official invitation letter from the trade fair organiser is no longer required when applying for a trade fair visa. Furthermore, foreign exhibitors at German trade fairs who present an official exhibitor pass are exempt from the visa fee.
