How can I register for PSI?

To attend PSI, you must first create an account in our registration system.

  1. Click on the registration link.
  2. Create your personal account.
  3. Verify your email address.
  4. Complete your personal and company details.
  5. Select your ticket type and complete your registration.
  6. You will receive your confirmation and ticket by email.

Please note: The registration process is currently being updated. Additional steps may be introduced before registration opens.

Is registration required for ticket booking?

Yes. Registration is required before you can book or access tickets for PSI. Visitors must create an account and complete the registration process before purchasing or managing tickets.

What is included with my ticket?

The ticket includes the entrance to the fair on selected or all 3 days.

I need to book tickets for multiple people, how can I do this?

You can not buy more than one ticket at the same time

I cannot login to the ticket booking system, what should I do?

Please use the password forgotten function If this does not help you might not have an active ticketshop account. So you need to do a new registrstion. If you need help, please contact our Customer Service Center with all relevant details (e.g. full name,email adress, etc.) at: service.psi@rxglobal.com

I need help with using the ticket booking system, who can help me with this?

I am a member of the Media / am a Content Creator, how do I book Media tickets?

Journalists and media partners can find all information on our trade show site in the PSI media area. Starting in October, you can complete your accreditation there.

I would like to book a ticket for my child.

Children are generally allowed to visit PSI, subject to legal regulations. PSI requires a liability declaration from the legal guardians for children up to and including the age of 13. You can download the liability declaration HERE. Admission is free for children up to and including 13 years old, and no online ticket is required. From 14 years old, a ticket is required with proof of age.

Do you have an Official PSI App?

No, there is not Official PSI App

Do I need to print my badge at home?

No, you do not need to print the badge. You can access the fair by scanning the QR on your online ticket on your phone

How do I amend the details shown on my badge?

If you want to amend details on badge, please contact our Customer Service Center with all relevant details (e.g., ticket number, order number, full name, etc.) via email at: service.psi@rxglobal.com We will then check what is possible

I have not received my badge.

Our badges can sometimes find their way into your spam or junk folders, so please check there in the first instance. If you still cannot find your badge, please contact our Customer Service Center with all relevant details (e.g., ticket number, order number, full name, etc.) via email at: service.psi@rxglobal.com

Is photography and filming allowed?

Photography and filming at PSI is only allowed for private, non-commercial use, and requires the explicit permission of the exhibitor. Commercial use requires the explicit permission of the organiser and the exhibitor.

How can I become an Exhibitor?

If you want to become an exhibitor, submit your request via this link or write directly at: psi.sales@rxglobal.com. A member of our Sales Team will follow this up by getting in touch with you to discuss the options available.

How can I access Exhibitor information?

Exhibitors who have booked a stand can access their onboarding information via the PSI Exhibitor Portal.

Event Times, Build-up & Dismantling

When does the build-up of the event begin and when are the dismantling deadlines?

Build-up begins on Friday, 8 January 2027 at 07:00 and continues on a 24-hour basis until Monday, 11 January 2027.

Build-up Schedule

  • Friday, 8 January 2027: 07:00 – 24:00

  • Saturday, 9 January 2027: 00:00 – 24:00

  • Sunday, 10 January 2027: 00:00 – 24:00

  • Monday, 11 January 2027: 00:00 – 18:00

  • Stand work permitted until 21:00 on 11 January

Dismantling Schedule

  • Thursday, 14 January 2027: from approximately 17:00

  • Friday, 15 January 2027: until 22:00

I can’t get into the exhibitor portal, how do I get access?

If you have already signed your contract as an exhibitor, you should have already received your login details. If you need any further assistance, we will be happy to help.  Please contact our Customer Service Center via email at: service.psi@rxglobal.com

Where can I view a complete list of exhibitors participating in PSI?

The complete exhibitor list is available online via the PSI exhibitor directory. The directory is regularly updated and allows visitors to search for exhibitors, brands, products and services participating in PSI.

How can I register sharers on my stand?

You can register your sharers via the Exhibitor Portal and the number of sharers that you may register will be based on the allocation you have been contracted for. If you have not yet been contracted for your sharers please speak with your sales contact to arrange this. If you have any further difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

Can my stand sharers access the Exhibitor Portal?

Once you have registered your stand sharers in the Exhibitor Portal, they will each receive a link to login to the portal and access their own profile/directory listing. The login link will be sent to the email address you have associated with their details when you registered them.

I need to speak with someone about my invoice or to make payment. Who should I speak to?

How can I upgrade my website listing?

We would suggest you reach out to your sales contact to discuss the options available. Or you update your profile in the Exhibitor Hub by yourself which is shown to the customers on our website

Are there any free promotional materials for me to use?

You can promote your presence at PSI using our promotional materials tool kit –including banners and logos which will be available within the Exhibitor Portal ( Online Service Center).

What happens if PSI is postponed or cancelled?

Should PSI be postponed, cancelled or otherwise significantly affected by circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible via email and through official PSI communication channels.

Any applicable policies regarding registrations, tickets, refunds or alternative arrangements will be communicated directly to affected participants in accordance with the event terms and conditions.

What happens if I need to amend my participation at the event?

I would like to order some furniture or electricity for my stand, who should I speak to?

If you have already signed your contract as an exhibitor, you will be sent your login details as soon as the Exhibitor Portal is available. You can view a variety of furniture options via the Manual (german Online Service Center).

I would like to arrange catering for my stand, who should I speak to?

How can I book a private meeting room during the event?

Private meeting rooms may be available during PSI. Please contact your designated PSI sales representative to discuss availability, pricing and booking options.

Does the Online Service Centre also apply to Cologne?

Yes. The Online Service Centre (OSC) will continue to be available for PSI in Cologne.

Exhibitors can use the OSC to order services such as electricity, water, furniture, internet access and additional stand services.

Access details will be sent directly by email. The OSC is expected to go live from approximately mid-August 2026.

Is there any support available for lead capturing at the event?

Exhibitors will have access to our bespoke lead-generating app – Lead Manager App. This app allows you to capture leads from the conversations you have with the simple scan of a badge – and it is included in your exhibitor package at no extra cost! You can access Lead Manager App a few weeks before the event using the login details sent to your Exhibitor Portal administrator. 

Please remember to log-in to Lead Manager App after PSI, to download all your leads.

I am onsite and need to speak to someone about my stand, where do I go?

Our Operations team will be onsite to support you via our Organisers Office, along with all official contractors whose details are listed in the exhibitor manual. In addition to this, members of our Sales and Marketing teams are on hand to offer any additional support you may need.

Can I deliver packages to the venue?

How do I find my way around the event?

You can find your way around the event using on-site signage and the printed floor plan available at the entrance.

Where can I find out the details of what is happening at the event?

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

There is a cloakroom available at each entrance. Please note that payment can only be made in cash. Approximately €3–5 depending on size and number of items.

I need a letter of invitation for my visa application, what do I do?

Visa letters are generated after a successful purchase and will be sent via email within the ticket confirmation mail

How do I get to PSI?

PSI takes place at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.

Koelnmesse is easily accessible by:

  • Plane via Cologne/Bonn Airport

  • High-speed rail via Köln Messe/Deutz station 

  • Public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram)

  • Car via Cologne’s motorway network

  • Taxi and ride-sharing services

Does PSI take place in Düsseldorf or Cologne?

From 2027 onwards, PSI will take place in Cologne at Koelnmesse.

After many successful years in Düsseldorf, PSI is moving to Cologne while continuing its role as Europe's leading trade show for the promotional products industry.

Where can I park?

Visitor parking is available at the Koelnmesse visitor parking facilities.

Is Koelnmesse an accessible venue?

Koelnmesse offers barrier-free access throughout the exhibition grounds. All exhibition halls are equipped with accessible restrooms, and almost all lifts are fully accessible. Accessible routes are available from the entrances, and on-site staff are happy to assist visitors.

Is there wheelchair or mobility scooter hire?

Manual wheelchairs can be borrowed from the medical centres during exhibition opening hours (subject to availability).
