PSI Confirms Koelnmesse as New Home from 2027

The relocation of PSI to Cologne is taking concrete shape: after all contractual and organisational conditions were successfully agreed upon, RX Deutschland and Koelncongress GmbH have now signed the contracts for hosting PSI at the Koelnmesse exhibition grounds.

This clears the way for the first PSI in Cologne, which will take place from 12–14 January 2027. Back in August, RX Deutschland announced that Europe’s leading trade show for the promotional products industry would relocate from Düsseldorf to Cologne after more than 60 years at its former location. 

“With the signing of the contract, we are reaching the next important milestone for the future of PSI,” says Michael Köhler, Managing Director of RX Deutschland GmbH. “Together with Koelnmesse, we are creating the conditions to further strengthen the international profile of the trade show and provide the industry with a strong platform for the long term. We look forward to working together and continuing the PSI success story in Cologne.”

Each year, PSI brings together the international promotional products industry and is regarded as the key meeting place for distributors, decorators, agencies, manufacturers, and importers. The move to Cologne, together with the new mid-January event date, is intended to further improve international conditions for both exhibitors and visitors.
