PSI Night

PSI strives to deliver a strong programme throughout the show, not just by day. On the very first evening, a glamorous event will be presented to the international trade visitors in Düsseldorf: the PSI Night.

The networking party with industry experts and the PSI team will take place on 9 January at the Nachtresidenz in Düsseldorf. It kicks off with the dinner ticket from 7.00 pm. Starting then, guests can enjoy sparkling wine and canapés whilst chatting about their impressions of the first day of the trade show, before the buffet invites them on a culinary journey around the world.

Those who simply want to dance and party can join in from 10.00 pm with the party ticket. This is when the party night starts with live music and a DJ. Ideal for rounding off the day with customers, partners and employees in the unique atmosphere of the former residential theatre from 1910.

Female Empowerment

Both PSI organiser RX, as a global member of the international "Women in Exhibitions" network, and the PSI network are committed to female empowerment. To achieve this, PSI offers remarkable women in the industry a stage at Europe's leading trade show for the promotional products industry - including the panel talk format "Reality Check - Women in the promotional products industry". This will take place as part of PSI 2024 on 9 January at 12:15 pm on the stage in the PSI Forum.

Next Generation

According to the Mittelstand 2022 succession monitor, around 560,000 of the approximately 3.8 million SMEs in Germany will be looking for a successor by the end of 2026. This is a major challenge that also affects the promotional products industry on an international scale.

PSI offers young people, successor generations and business founders valuable information and contacts for a successful future within its network and at the trade show.

PSI International Lounge

Our international partners and their members meet in Hall 10/G10. Located next to the PSI Forum and the PSI Community Café, the PSI International Lounge offers our exhibitors and trade visitors the best setting for a stimulating exchange of experiences on an international level.

PSI Community Cafés

With our PSI Community Cafés in Hall 9/B48 and 10/G18, we offer you places to socialise and relax. In the middle of the trade show, these areas invite you to relax and socialise with comfortable seating and coffee creations and snacks prepared by baristas.

In the Community Café in Hall 9, we will be celebrating our country of honour for 2024, the Netherlands, with an exhibition of Dutch art and a selection of Dutch snacks.

Extraordinary product installations will round off the line-up. In the Community Café in Hall 10, for example, specially finished promotional products will be exhibited in the style of a museum shop.
