Getting there by plane - it couldn't be easier!
Roughly 40 airlines operate scheduled flights and 30 airlines operate charter flights into and out of Düsseldorf, ensuring regular and rapid connections. It takes just 11 minutes to get to the Central Station in Düsseldorf from the U-Bahn (underground) station at the airport. The trains run every 20 minutes. There are shuttle buses to Düsseldorf, Essen, Krefeld and Ratingen.
When trade fairs are on, special bus services run between the airport and the exhibition centre. Many hotels also offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from Düsseldorf Airport. The number 896 bus takes you to the exhibition centre entrances in 10 minutes. It is only 8 minutes by taxi to the exhibition centre.
The Messe Düsseldorf Information Counter will be open for the duration of the exhibition and is located at arrival lounge C at the airport.
